Energy
American Energy Dominance. Reliability. Affordability. Innovation.
Energy is national security. Energy is economic security. Energy is family affordability. Energy is the foundation of the next American century.
America cannot lead the world if we cannot power our own economy. Artificial intelligence, data centers, manufacturing, agriculture, defense systems, hospitals, homes, small businesses, and modern infrastructure all depend on reliable and affordable energy.
I support an all-of-the-above energy strategy that includes nuclear power, natural gas, oil, coal, fracking, offshore production, critical minerals, grid modernization, and practical renewables where they make sense. America should become an energy superpower again.
I oppose federal mandates, carbon taxes, cap-and-trade schemes, Green New Deal-style economic control, unrealistic EV mandates, and energy policies that raise costs on working families while China continues expanding coal. Climate and environmental concerns should be addressed through innovation, technology, adaptation, private-sector solutions, conservation, and American production, not panic-driven government overreach.
I support permitting reform because America cannot build the future if every major project gets trapped in bureaucracy. We need faster approvals for energy infrastructure, transmission, pipelines, nuclear development, data centers, manufacturing, and critical mineral projects. Reliability must come before ideology.
Virginia has a major role in the next energy revolution. Data centers, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, national defense, and the digital economy require serious energy leadership. We must protect communities and the environment responsibly, but we cannot allow fear or political paralysis to hand the future to China.
“America must lead the next energy revolution with nuclear power, natural gas, domestic production, permitting reform, grid reliability, innovation, and affordable energy for working families.” -Christopher Aldana
