Immigration

Secure Borders. Lawful Immigration. Earned Accountability. Human Dignity.

America has the right and responsibility to secure its borders. A nation that cannot control its borders cannot protect its people, enforce its laws, or preserve public trust in citizenship. I support strong border security, modern technology, physical barriers where needed, E-Verify, increased vetting, state-federal cooperation, and serious enforcement against criminal illegal immigration.

I believe legal immigration is a blessing to America. Legal immigrants strengthen our country, enrich our communities, and honor the American promise through sacrifice, work, and lawful process. But there must be a clear distinction between legal immigration and illegal entry. A compassionate country must still be a lawful country.

I oppose sanctuary policies that undermine law enforcement and create unfair burdens for citizens, taxpayers, and communities. Local, state, and federal government must work together to remove dangerous criminal aliens, protect public safety, and restore credibility to immigration enforcement.

At the same time, I believe Congress must stop using immigration as a political weapon. DREAMers, DACA recipients, long-term contributing workers, and mixed-status families deserve a serious, realistic solution rooted in accountability. I do not support blanket amnesty. I support earned legal stability that requires registration, background checks, work, taxes, restitution, DHS check-ins, no federal benefits, and removal for noncompliance.

My position is border-first, law-first, and dignity-centered. Secure the border. Enforce the law. Modernize legal immigration. Reject sanctuary chaos. Require accountability. Protect American sovereignty. Treat people as human beings created with dignity.

“America must secure the border, defend lawful immigration, enforce consequences, and create an earned accountability process that protects sovereignty, workers, families, and human dignity.” -Christopher Aldana
