Small businesses are the backbone of American freedom. They create jobs, strengthen families, serve communities, and give ordinary Americans the chance to build something with their own hands.

As a small business owner, I believe government should make it easier to build, hire, serve, innovate, and grow. Entrepreneurs should not be crushed by excessive regulations, complicated compliance burdens, high taxes, lawsuit abuse, unstable rules, or energy costs that make it harder to keep the doors open.

I support lower taxes, deregulation, immediate expensing for business investment, estate tax relief, access to capital, workforce development, licensing reform where appropriate, and policies that reward work, risk-taking, and ownership.

I believe small business policy is also community policy. When small businesses thrive, neighborhoods become stronger, young people see opportunity, families gain stability, and people rebuilding their lives can find meaningful work.

I support a stable legal environment that protects businesses from unfair litigation, overregulation, organized theft, crime, and policies that punish success. Public safety and economic growth are connected. A community cannot thrive when businesses are afraid to operate, hire, or invest.

America should be a country where someone can start over, work hard, build a business, support a family, and serve the community with dignity.
